Born and raised in the rugged New England ranges of northern New South Wales (NSW), Jennifer now lives and works in Mount Martha on the beautiful Mornington Peninsula, and for part of each year in Toscana, Italy.
An exhibition in Toscana saw the appearance of a strong figurative element and Jennifer continues to explore this ‘Italian Effect’ on her work. Jennifer is drawn to the beauty and diversity of the natural world and our place in it. Her work explores the emotion of colour and inner landscapes. Often working layers, Jennifer uses diverse art making techniques that include painting, printmaking drawing, collage and mixed media.
